Education

Elizabeth received her Bachelors degree in History and Secondary Education and her Masters degree in Counseling from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in Grand Forks, North Dakota in 1985.

Bar Admission

Elizabeth is admitted and licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin and the U.S. District court for the Western District of Wisconsin. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Marathon County Bar Association and a member of the Elder Law, Family Law and General Practice sections. She is a past of member of the Public Interest Section Board of Directors. She is a past president of the Marathon County Bar Association.

Practice Areas

Elizabeth’s primary areas of practice are Social Security Disability law, Elder law including Guardianship and Conservatorships, Advance Directives, Simple Wills, Probate, and Guardian ad Litem appointments.
